Payment Security with Stripe: For payment processing, we use Stripe – a global leader in secure payment solutions. When purchasing the DreamIO premium report, your card details are collected directly by Stripe.

• Your credit card details are NOT stored by DreamIO and are NOT accessible to our team.
• Stripe collects and processes this information in accordance with PCI-DSS standards and their own Privacy Policy.
• During the transaction, Stripe may collect: Card details (number, expiration date, CVC), device and browser information, and general location (for fraud prevention purposes).
• All transactions are encrypted and secure. DreamIO only receives confirmation of your payment and the necessary delivery details (such as name and email).

Data Storage with Firebase: To allow you to access your dream reports at any time, we securely store your provided name, email address, and the generated dream report content using Google Firebase services. Firebase employs strong security measures to protect stored data. Access to this data is strictly controlled, and your dream content remains confidential, used only to provide you with access to your report. No unauthorized personnel can view your submitted dreams or reports.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information (name, email) and dream content only for as long as necessary to provide you with the Service, fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or comply with legal requirements. You can request the deletion of your data by contacting us. Anonymized usage data may be retained for longer periods for analytical purposes.
