DreamIO provides personalized dream interpretations based on the information you submit, utilizing a proprietary AI model. The interpretations are intended for personal insight, reflection, and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional psychological, medical, or therapeutic advice.
Certain features of the Service, such as detailed reports, may require payment. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). By making a purchase, you agree to pay the specified fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law. Prices are subject to change without notice.
The Service, including its content (text, graphics, logos, AI models, reports structure), and underlying technology, are the property of DreamIO or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service and your generated report for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

DreamIO makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the interpretations or the Service itself. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Use of the Service is at your own risk. The interpretations provided are subjective and should not be solely relied upon for making significant life decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DreamIO, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
